1. Power terminal structure:
 
   The power end transmission mechanism is composed of a motor, a motor bracket, a transmission box (including a worm gear, an N-axis crank connecting rod mechanism, a stroke adjustment mechanism), a pump head bracket, etc. The N-axis crank connecting rod mechanism is stable, reliable, compact, high-precision, and strong. It is a closed and fully enclosed structure that can work normally under indoor and outdoor conditions. The worm shaft is provided with a spiral oil tank, and the discharged lubricating oil flows into the upper sleeve to lubricate the N-shaped shaft, adjusting nut, end bearing and eccentric block.

2. N-axis working principle:
 
The reciprocating motion of the plunger is driven by the motor to rotate the worm, and the power is transmitted to the N shape through the worm and the lower sleeve. The eccentricity formed by the shaft, the N-shaped shaft and the eccentric block drives the crank connecting rod and the crosshead to move. When the N axis is at the lower limit position, the stroke is 0%, and when the N axis is at the upper limit, the stroke is 100%. The N axis and the central axis of the eccentric block are at the same angle with the tilt axis. When the N axis coincides with the central axis, the eccentricity is S/4 (1/4 of the stroke S). Eccentric block (when the N axis is at the lower limit position), the eccentricity is 0; when the N axis rises to the upper limit position, the eccentricity between the N axis and the eccentric mass is at the maximum value (S / 2), and the stroke length is 2 of the eccentric value Double, that is, the full stroke S. When the N axis position is raised (adjusted) from the lower limit position to the upper limit position, the plunger stroke will change linearly from 0 to 100%.

  3. Use stroke adjustment mechanism and adjustment instrument:
 
  The stroke adjustment mechanism of the pump is used to adjust the up and down movement of the N-axis, which is located on the upper part of the gearbox. When the adjusting dial rotates clockwise, the small helical gear drives the large helical gear, the adjusting screw rotates, drags the adjusting nut and the N-shaped shaft to move up and down to change the eccentricity and achieve the purpose of flow adjustment.

   4. Hydraulic end structure:
 
  The hydraulic end is one of the important parts of the metering pump, which depends on the nature and purpose of the liquid. Working conditions require the pump head structure to be divided into two types: plunger type and diaphragm type: the main structure of the pump head part is composed of liquid cylinder, plunger, suction and discharge valve group, and stuffing box; diaphragm metering pump also has a diaphragm And safety valve, intake valve and other components. The suction and discharge valve group of the metering pump head mainly adopts a ball valve structure. With the opening and closing movement of the ball valve, the ball continuously rotates, so as to realize the self-cleaning of the contact surface of the valve block, ensuring that the metering pump stays at a high time for a long time. measurement accuracy. The metering pump is mainly composed of three parts: power drive, fluid delivery and regulation control. The power drive device drives the fluid delivery diaphragm (piston) to reciprocate through the mechanical linkage system.
